What is depression?
Depression is more than feeling sad or grief after a loss. Depression affects your thought, feelings, physical health and behaviors 1 in every 10 Canadians suffers from depression. Do you feel a loss of interest in things you used to enjoy? Do you have feelings of persistent sadness, restlessness, or worthlessness? Have you experienced anxiety, lethargy, or changes in appetite or weight loss or gain? Don't be afraid to talk about these feelings with someone and seek the necessary help.

Or join Mr.Quaglia during lunch C in the chapel for a guided meditation session. Meditation is often used as an alternative treatment that often helps people dealing with anxiety to relax their minds and bodies. Staff and students are welcome!
